The Mental Game of Being a Successful Corporate Athlete

Pip Taylor, is a certified sports dietitian, and professional triathlete.  She has been competing internationally for 15 years, winning the ICU World Cup and many Ironman Triathlons and representing Australia. Pip also has a B.S. in Life Sciences, a degree in Nutrition Dietetics, and a post-graduate Diploma of Sports Nutrition from the IOC.

This show brings the world of a professional athlete to the corporate boardroom.

We dig into performance, nutrition, gut health and even the value of eating bugs! It hasn’t always been easy for Pip, but knowing its going to hurt is part of the Pip's makeup.
